It is 2561, and the eternal winter still rages. King Verne the Terrible has usurped the Spiral HQ's position and taken it by force. He is a cruel tyrant, as bloodthirsty as a starving wolver. His conquests have driven the Knights on Cradle bankrupt and poor. It is YOUR turn, now, as part of Epsilon Squad, to kill the king.
Epsilon was a last resort instituted by the Spiral Order before its fall. Only the most skillful and talented Vanguards were part of it.
Edit: Now the Knights of King Verne can be apped for, as well as drifters.

Bio/Personality: Beck is a sold to the highest bidder kinda guy. He doesn't think twice about breaking the law and will deny it just the same. He has the skills of an expert recon and will put them to use for the right price. He started from a poor family, and learned to live on the streets. When Verne took over, he started putting his skills to use. After a while he took on hiring himself out to get some money. His skills and gear grew and now his next target is pending.

Name: Rasfie

Armor: Grey Feather mantle and Divine Veil
Offensive and Defensive Equipment: An Argent Peace maker built into his robotic arm and also a biohazard just in case. Sheild would be Celestial
Bio: Defending from a attack on a village somewhere on cradle, Rasfie's mother was killed while he was at a very young age. His father lived however, leaving him to take care of Rasfie as he grew up. Rasfie was found to have a knack for mechanics, and was even able to use a blow torch at the age of 5, he however had a unfortunate accident involving his left arm the first time he tried mechanics involving his left arm, which was cut off. However, he didn't seem fazed by it. (But his father did a lot.) He made a replacement arm, that time being more careful not to cut off an arm, and put it on and it fit perfectly. He joined the Spiral Order when he was edgible to and quickly rose the ranks. The Spiral Order was so impressed by his skill that they offered him a position in Epsilon Squad, which he did not pass up.
Personality: Tough, somewhat-serious, brave.

Armor: A Spiral Flak Jacket colored toasty, and a Kat Claw Cowl with glasses and a holly-striped scarf.
Offensive and Defensive Equipment(Weapons and Shield): Silverslicer, a Blitz Needle, a Final Flourish, and an Aegis.
Bio/Personality: Ralan was treated poorly in his early knighthood, being treated roughly and being made fun of because of his glasses. He was also too skinny, his muscles barely apparent. But that grew in. As he endured the rough treatment of his comrades, he grew strong, fast, and downright deadly. His fencing skill rivaled even the greatest fencers. But there were still greater. A day in the battlefield, a man out-fenced him, tearing a scar near his mouth. Ralan wore a scarf over it to conceal the wound. On Ralan's 24th birthday, he was moved to 'Epsilon Squad', and has been with them ever since.

Appearance: Long, blue blue hair, blue eyes, and average height
Offensive and Defensive Equipment: Gray owlite shield, leviathan, argent peacemaker, archon, final flourish.
Bio/Personality: Likes to remain silent and keep her face hide until she knows someone. After she does though, she is mostly kind, but a little sarcastic as well. Due to her silence and no appearance to go by, most people assume she is male. She hasn't shown herself to her own squad yet, and when she had to talk, she imitated a mans voice as close as possible.

Both, kinda like the system I used for RtC2. The difference between 6 and 7 on a scale of 0-10 isn't as significant as the difference between 1 and 2 on a scale of 0-2. Basically, you want the differences to be meaningful in-game, and with such a wide scale and so many categories, the differences could get easily lost if you don't have a set of strict gameplay rules.
And stricter gameplay rules aren't necessarily better, especially for this site.

There are 7 characters in Epsilon. One is the leader, however, making the seventh. You will have to compete for that position.

1. You cannot be a Guardian without at least one sword, and no double classes. Guardian or Gunner.

Personality: Thinks people are a waste of time, And so treats others rudely. If you can get her to trust you, She will be a much nicer person for it.
Even if she's being nice, She will refuse to admit it. (Easy Translation: Kuudere/Tsundere)
Bio: Xecea was raised by Gremlins, Who soon learned of her skill, and began to train her the ways of sneaking, and swordplay.
One day, Much later in her life, Her town was attacked, And her family was murdered along with the rest- Xecea being the only exception- By King Verne's Knights. This caused her to go in a frenzy, Murdering each and every of his Knights with cunning and stealth, Using her stepfather's Sacred Katanas.
From then on, She vowed to destroy Verne, and everything he decided to call his- No matter the cost. "Her blade yearns... for BLOOD."

Objection!
I feel as if it could be a bit better with more characters.
For example, It would add a lot more... Flavor, If some of the characters were King Verne's Knights.
Or... Drifters. Characters with no connections to anyone- Their only side they belong to is their own...
Requesting Sub-Characters.
Also, It'd be cool if there were gigantic battles on a scale nearly... Impossible to do on forums.

Name: 'Saboteur' or sabo for short
Gender: male
Armor: bombastic demo suit + mad bomber helm with its mahawk badly charred
Offensive and Defensive Equipment(Weapons and Shield): nitronome and a talking obsidian crusher, heater shield
Bio: this eccentric bomber is called saboteur, it is only a nickname, his real identity was lost in chaos when verne purged most of the spiral order high ranking staff officers. When most of the wardens either escaped or died in combat at the asylum which he was held in, he planned his escape. He taken the identity of the former epsilon bomber and all of her cloths before mutilating his corpse. Once he reported back to the squad, everyone simply assumed that he was the one that was assigned to the team, little did they know, their bomber is a Psychopath.
'Saboteur' could remember little of his past due to several drugs administered to him during his time in the asylum, the only thing he could recall was scene of his lying wounded on the ground, seeing the convoy he once assigned to protect blowing up into pieces right infront of his eyes.
Personality: saboteur is a deranged madman, more blood thirsty and eccentric than Affraiel the renegade warden, but thankfully, he isn't anywhere as strong or as skilled in sword as the latter. The only upside is that, saboteur is a explosive expert, and he can make short work of his enemy regardless of their armor. He also picked up a mysterious obsidian crusher that talks to him occansionally (to drive the story), the name of the bomb is mezizas, who constastly wants to convince saboteur to circumvent Epsilon squad's plan to retake cradle.

Personality: Shy, But will fight when pressured. Kind, Follows Chivalry Code. (No churches though, That's not Kanoka's thing.)
Bio: Kanoka was a Knight for the Spiral Order, Until Verne took over, and slaughtered the Spiral Order. What remained, He took by force, Making them his knights. Since then, Kanoka has been one of his elite knights. As one of his knights, She was forced to wear a badge, A symbol of his rule. If only there was a way out...

He's Back.
Name: Max Casterwill
Gender: Male
Armor: White Battle Chef Coat w/ a Snowfall Aura and Frosty Crescent Helm w/ Cool Plume and Ancient Round Shades
Offensive and Defensive Equipment: Grey Owlite Shield and Hail Driver with Charge Time Reduction and Glacius.
Bio/Personality: Max was a top scientist just before Verne took over. He was studying the eternal winter and its causes(assuming it was occurring before Verne's rule), but was forced to flee from the area as Verne's forces overran the Order. Max left his scientific ways and learned how to defend himself, engineering his own weapons. He took most of his work with him, and disappeared into the snowy mountains, where he believed the origin point of the winter was.
Max is quiet and calm most of the time, and easily loses himself in endless trains of thought. His intelligence is magnificent, and he can easily find the solution to problems. Max will remain stoic even in battle, casually cutting down opponents without seemingly paying them any heed. His knowledge has made him cold and cynical however, and won't let anyone interfere with him figuring out the winter's secret.
