30 mins = time to finish the level your on and maybe do another one
20 mins = time to finish the level your on, even if you just started it (FSC excluded), but you probably should head up once its completed.
10 mins = time to finish the level your on in most cases, but you should head up once you reach the elevator.
>10 mins = it's your own fault if you don't make it :P
