I know this may or may not be a SK only issue, but I thought I would post in here to see if I can get more people working at this one.
Basically, here is a video of my problem. Please watch the entire video before commenting: http://youtu.be/lX6EixPGVlY
This is obviously a connection issue.
Now, here is my home network set up:
Cable connection. Coax to cable modem, cable modem to wireless router via ethernet, and computer to router via wireless.
Do not troll and say "OMG WIRELESS SUCKS HURR" because you'll just be ignored. I've verified it is NOT the wireless connection.
What I have done to determine if the problem is on my end.
Try all computers and other devices on the 2.4GHz band. Switch channels and try all devices again.
Try all capable devices on the 5GHz band. Switch channels and try all devices again.
Plug directly (wired) into the router
Plug directly (wired) into the modem
Replace the Modem
The problem STILL persists after all of that. I'm going to try getting a technician to come down here ASAP to see if they can check if there are any problem connections in my house. It's not the signal being erratic or jumpy that's the problem. It's that it outright pauses for between 5 seconds and 120 seconds at a time.
