I don't play SK, so i can only accept Dota2 items, keys (dota/cs/tf) or cards in return.
I posted this in some forums, so i can pick the best offer.
I only evaluate all steam offers that arrive under a limited deadline (a couple of days). After the deadline, i'll simply pick the most valued offer.
