Of course they are - because not everyone was around for that promotion two years ago, and this gives some peeps a guaranteed shot at a potentially desired aesthetic. Plus, 4200 energy only works out to about ~350k crowns at current exchange rates, which is less than these wings typically go for on the AH, so it's a solid deal all around.
Personally I don't care for wings (Anti-Personnel Spikes all the way, baby), but I can see why some people would appreciate this offer, given the circumstances.

To answer a previous post, usually when OOO says through a date, they mean all the way through that day, so if it is through the 16th, then when midnight hits and it is then the 17th, that is when the deals will end. If they said till the 16th, the it would be ending on the 16th.
