Two family classes that coexist very closely.

As we enter the last quarter of the year, we must look to the past to [somewhat] predict the future.
Gunner Update is in developer hell being held ransom by Sega?
Now we all know it's been a long time since the first announcement, but for whatever reason it's being held back.
After all they were pretty busy making new assets for Apocrea and Winterfest was a blast.~
Tortodrones came backish, but not real ones, so sorta fun eh maybe?...
Anniversary had new-ish stuff

So why release a gunner update at all when we [they] already have all this technically new stuff planned?

Then Summer comes around and nobody has any money because STEAM Summer SALE.
Then back to school season August-November... who has time to play Spiral Knights during those months?

But this all leads up to December... the big month... where kiddos and college dorks have a couple weeks off from school and sometimes work...
The month where some of the past couple of promos may make more sense than their allusions to a broader gremlin threat.
Because Gremlins... and huge mountain... and the build up. It took me this long to realize that it's not that they couldn't or didn't want to release it, but it's strategically MORE SANE to keep it under wraps for so much longer that by the time it is out people will be so tired of promos they'll be ready to dish out dough for actual content.

No gunner update in December, but I have a feeling something bigger is happening.
