Is there an animation tool for Spiral knights?

If you search Google for "animation tool site:forums.spiralknights.com", the first page of search results contains multiple references to Spiral Spy. This is not endorsed by Three Rings, but it's the closest thing I know of, to what you might want. Enjoy.
