I was doing a Snarbolax Shadow Lair run with one partner some minutes ago on 7th december at night in german timezone. As we did the first level and step on the elevator I got a black screen. My partner had the same problem. So as I waited some minutes and nothing happened I restarted Spiral Knights and I was in the Ready Room then. So that expensive shadow key was for almost nothing. You can imagine that me and my partner were and are being very angry about this.

But thats not all ! Now I can't even "go to haven". When I click that the screen gets black for short and again I'm in the Ready Room with a message telling: "Could not enter instance. Please try again later."
When I click on Missions and want to open any, there comes only the message: "e.no_node_found"

Restarted Spiral Knights / Steam / PC , nothing of that had an effect.
My partner can join haven and start missions like always. She is from USA and I am from Europe.
So the only thing I can do is directly joining a group now and when I go up to haven on an elevator from there, it brings me back to the Ready Room with the message from above. Could not enter instance....

I hope any Gamemaster or Support could help me and it would be nice if I could get at least a replacement for the "lost" shadow key / run. It was not a internet problem of me or my partner. She had this black screen too and that other bugs after that SL thingy is really weird too. Don't know if there is a connection between both errors.

Edit: Figured out the joining Haven problem has someting to do with the EU Server. If you set USA in the options I get to Haven and can open missions like normal! BTW. I am not the only one with this bug. Heared it from some others now too.
I guess because I was hosting the shadow lair run on EU server and the bug appeared right while we were in the run, it causes the black screen in the loading.
