Ok so before any one even replys to this topic i have already "checked" my "network" and my "network" is perfectly fine im always at 4 bars in the game i have 117 mbs down and 30 up so its not my network please refrain from saying its my network thats the issue. secondly like the topic says in some areas and only some areas there is huuuuuuuuuuuuge lag. to explain a little bit. lets say i was going through to kill snarbolax, i go through the first level then elevator down to the second level. going through the entire first level there is not a single problem is crystal clear gameplay no lag no fps drop no nothing. but once i elevator im just stuck. i dont have my weapon out nor my shield and i either am standing there a solid character can flip through all of my menus even change settings but im standing still with no life and sometimes i can move but i still know im lagging because my pet is a statue and only moves every couple of minutes to catch up. ive tried to change my settings all to low and still nothing i even changed the setting were it asks for ip or usa for region. i know for a fact it is not my machine because this has never happened once on any other game and i can run most up to date games on ultra and run other programs with out a problem all at the same time. if any one has any solution or a temp fix for this please share because i cant even continue with the story while this is happening currently stuck on 4-2 if some one can shed some light on this problem i would greatly apprechiate it. thank you.

PS problem was fixed it seems when i linked my game to my steam and logged in through steam i get no more lag issues or spikes or anything for that matter thanks any way.
