There IS,but the Lockdown Tier 1 is not taking me!
I have even seen it go up to 40 Playing,without letting me in even for once.And no,I can't do guild and friend LD,because people never help me out,and the guild I'm in is too small.
And no,I can't do Tier 2 or Tier 3,I just get oblivirated(?) Proto users and Lancers.So,the only way for me to get Krogmo Coins is Tier 1 LD.
It was saying 12 Waiting.Then it became 11 Playing and 1 Waiting,still keeping me away.What the heck?!
Then some more people came,and now it's 5 Waiting 8 Playing?
Waiting/playing numbers show players across all tiers so that's why.
you PROBABLY still have a tier 3 loadout active, so your will be recognized as T3, even though you are wearing T1 stuff
EDIT: with active I mean you have it PvP usable

You can only gain Krogmos by playing Lockdown or Blast Network. Spectating does not work.

Oh. What Illu was referring to is that you can use the spectate feature to check which games are going on. What's to note there is the tier of the game. If you don't see anything in tier 1 or 2 and you aren't trying to arrange a T1/2 game with someone, chances are there isn't one that's going to happen anytime soon.
Since my friends don't do T1 (they always want to do T3),how am I going to do Tier 1?

The system doesn't tell you how many are waiting on a certain LD tier but rather all the players waiting on all the tiers. The 9 your saw were likely waiting on a T3 match.
The system would be better if it told you how many were waiting for each tier, then you could join the one with the most or help start another.

4 would be bad. One person leaves and now one team is twice as strong.
The only way to play T1 LD is to get 7 other people who also want to play, and queue together.
Did you try playing T3 Lockdown? All you need is a single 4* item to be queued for that. You can also play Blast Network.
I'm pretty sure they don't want their *** handed to them and I'm pretty sure most of the competitive T3 LD players want a player who is just "swordbait" on their team.
Back when T2 was still alive people would come into T3 somewhat prepared and if not they had the option to play the easier T2 scene. Not anymore, every player new to T3 LD is also likely totally new to LD in general.
I don't see what your point is. Those are the options for getting Krogmos no matter how badly it might go for new players.
Well we can't lie to them either, they're going to get their butt kicked by players with better computers, ping, items, UVs, and trinkets. They will not win the majority of their battles. Odds are they will lose most matches.
LD has a small community (much smaller than other games) and thusly most of the regulars are highly skilled and condensed into the matches (in other games the regulars are evenly spread out throughout games or stick to their own servers).
I always get graphical lag and internet lag while playing LD3.
I'm not really able to win at it.Even with my best equipment,I lose all the time.Since I joined SK,I did total of 732 LD3 matches (yes,I did count),and I only won 1 of them,due to the whole team being frozen in place for some unknown reason.I started doing LD1 matches,and I won almost every one of them.And Blast Network lags for me as well.
So,yeah,pretty much the only way for me to win Krogmo Coins is LD1

by LD1 you mean Tier 1 of Lockdown? That's because there are not enough players to commence a T1 LD. However, you can organize a match with your guildmates/friends if you have the capacity.
