... and I couldn't use the consumable items even if I pressed the keys that would use them. If you don't see it (ha!), it's the bar with the Sprite abilities and pill/vial/etc slots that isn't where it should be.

This happened after I joined a party and then went solo during the loading screen. It got "fixed" when I proceeded to the next level.
