Okay, so I've noticed a lot of people wearing wolver coats around Haven. The reason should be obvious to everyone slightly familiar with pop culture - people who are rich like wearing fur! The morality of these people can be debated, but this isn't the place for that. I figured that if people wanted to look rich, they'd also have an accessory also strongly associated with rich people - scepters!

The "wrench wand" is the closest thing we have to that so far, but it's a 2-star weapon that can't be upgraded to or from. It's also directly associated with gremlins rather than a "standalone" item. We have 5 materials to use as toppers for a simple black cane (which could be a low-tier version of the scepter), and each could have a different effect. Since we have so many effect weapons, perhaps have the scepter be strong against certain types. Also, since it would look weird to hold it at the bottom, have the knight grasp the scepter in the center of the cane. The range for such a weapon would be short, which would be the item's drawback.

One doesn't need to be rich to start down this road, though! The recipe for the black cane could be purchased from Vatel, and the rest could cycle through Basil's items. Shards from the 5 materials would need to be gathered for each upgrade "path," obviously, and the black cane itself could be one of the rare items to require all 5 material shards to make. If you do this, then everyone will have a chance to pull off the "rich person" look. If you think about it, it's been heading this way for a long time. Why fight it?
