Whenever I load up the first stage of the firestorm citadel, I get a black screen. I was, at one point (years ago) able to play just fine and load up the level. However, for the longest time now it's been busted. Now this doesn't happen on any other floor except for floor one of the citadel. To do vana runs I've had to wait for the party to complete floor 1 with 3 people, then have me join once they reach the next floor. As you can imagine, this is highly obnoxious. I've tried troubleshooting uninstalling the game, validating steam files, updating java, restarting the computer, and I can't seem to figure this out. This has been an ongoing problem and I can't proceed with the game without going through this mission.

Dunno if this will help or not but here are the specs of my laptop.
