Just had this Epiphany...
Prices of Crafting Rise, removing the desire to want to create more than one set of 5* from end game players.
Currently, without the cost of recipes and materials, for a 5 star set (weapon, armor, helm, shield) it requires at LEAST 5600 CE. With prices of recipes chalk on at least another 2000CE. 7600 CE minimum, and that's going from 3*.
Now...
Prices of Materials drop. The Supply remains the same, the demand decreases as most new players are far from getting the money to use materials. High end materials take a hit, making it so that even Citadel runs will not pay off as well anymore.
Older players who just want fun no longer sell or buy CE. The Price will rise. The New players, now wanting to get end game, will buy CE.
They will become the older players, who consequently became veteran players. The cycle continues.
There will be, at the end, 3 categories.
Veteran Players: Players who finished their 5*, plays with the ME for fun, helping friends and guildies.
End Game Players: Players who have almost reached their full 5* status. They still can market CE to fit their needs.
New Players: Players who do not have 5* gear, they are having trouble reaching the end game status. They will require at least several months before they are able to reach that status. They can resort to buying CE to reach that state.
And of course the people who quit.
Thoughts?
