Playing a T2 Wolver Den level with alchemers, notice they richoet off the edges of the level instead of continuing onwards as before.
Does this happen with other guns on other levels?
Ninja patch? Glitch? Or has this always been like this and I'm just stupid?
At the end of the level gun shots travel off the edges of the walkable area, but not in the previous parts of the level.
Just insane.
Certain levels have boundaries on the outside. Wolver dens are one of them.
If there are no boundaries, the wolvers will be going in and out of the sky!
I noticed that in wolver dens quite a while ago. Some edges block shots, others don't.
I hadn't thought about blocking teleports though. I know wolvers can teleport across some edges to walkable areas above or below. (And yes, it does seem as though they pop in from nowhere when they do that.) I'm not sure whether they can teleport across those blocking edges. It might be worth checking out.
Say you froze a wolver, it teleports away into a niche above or below you can't walk to on the map, and then it dies. Players wouldn't be able to reach the loot.
So-- boundaries for bullets and boundaries for the range of places a wolver can randomly teleport to, are they the same?

I was doing Nature of the Beast today when an ash tail teleported from a lower area (I could see him over the wall) to me. After dispatching him, I checked out the entire edge (north & south - it was a long edge) he had teleported across: the edge blocked my shots. The ash tail had teleported across a blocking edge.
Pretty sure it's always been like this, some levels have boundaries around them, others don't.
