i have been playing the game since early beta and i try to report a glitch when i see it.

i noticed a glitch on the vials. randomly while playing the game the thing you pick up throw or heal with have been glitching on the screen.

this has been happening ever since the new vanguard missions have came out. (not giving any spoilers.)

so please dev-team try to fix it on the next patch.
