its been happening for a few days now.
Whenever i try opening it, all it does is show the loading 'circle' on my cursor and THATS IT!
It wont OPEN! I have re-installed it countless times! After reinstalling it too it wont open. Also whenever in the task manager , if i try ending the steam.exe task , all it says is 'access is denied'. Whats more weird is that even after uninstalling steam , the process of steam.exe STILL shows up!

Please help me! (the reason i posted this here and not in the steam forums is because i read the spiral knights faq in the wiki and that maybe i could ask here)
