TEAM OWNAGE GUILD MASTER RECRUITMENT

Please note that members are not being recruited. I am currently looking for a guild master to run the show, and there is no purchase fee for reasons outlined below. If you are interested, please read on.

To put a long story short, a while ago I purchased a guild and tried my hand at running it. I had something good for a while, but running a guild was evidently not my forte and it died out quickly. This inactive guild is an asset I have posessed for a while as I had promised myself I would eventually do something with it again. Unfortunately, it is clear that my current circumstances mean there is no way I can be nearly active enough to run a guild. Still I don't want to let go of the guild, so rather than selling it I have decided to recruit someone to run the guilld.

So with that said, if you ever wanted the chance to run a guild without the entry cost, here it is.

TERMS
1) I will reserve my ownership of the guild, and remain senior guild master along with my alternative knight.
2) Upon being accepted, you will be promoted to guild master.
3) I will not guarantee any monetary support or advice. You (and the guild members you recruit) should be able to pay the upkeep alone.
4) I will reserve my right to make changes and take part in administration.
5) That said, you will be running the guild and I will most likely not contribute to managing it.
6) You will have somewhere between 2 weeks and a month of grace, after which your rank will be removed if you have not done a good job.
7) You can do with the guild as you wish, as long as it is not destructive towards the guild itself.
8) You do not have to pay anything to qualify as YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING OWNERSHIP OF THE GUILD, but you will need to fill out the application form below.

ASSETS
The guild currently has the following assets:
-A guild hall with two wings
-An empty treasury for you to fill
-Several items of furniture, including two rare shields awarded for a certain level of prestige in the past
-An alchemy room

PREFERABLE TRAITS
If you sign up for this, it is preferable that the following apply:
-You are friendly, and speak good English.
-You live in Europe or the USA (but exceptions can be made to this rule if you have an outstanding application).
-You are a high rank.
-You have enough crowns to support the guild, or the means/dedication to make enough.
-You are very active.
