I would like to ask if anyone knows the tiers that I can find the different crystals and orbs so I can correctly farm for them.

The tiers and strata are all covered on the wiki page Rarity. You can reach it by searching the wiki for "Orb of Alchemy", "Fire Crystal", etc.
