Matik Co. Logo Contest

I don't know if put this in Treasure Vault or Gremlin Chatter, because it is an event and Matik Co. isn't related with Spiral Knights.
Design a Matik Co. Logo which will show respect and honor to everybody.
Requirements:
1. It can be any color, but not blue, green and pink. Especially pink.
2. Can be any format, but I'd like .png format.
3. Ripoffs aren't allowed. (Edited 21 November 2015)
4. Every submission will be sent to Matik Co. for reviewing.
5. Art must be digital, but paper artwork is also very welcome, Matik Co. will show them in Paper Showcase thread for others to see. (Edited 21 November 2015)
6. People from other forums are competing too, so it's a CROSS-FORUM CONTEST!
DISCLAIMER: You also can request items from other games as rewards, but remember that MATIK CO. WILL NOT BUY PREMIUM CURRENCY, DLC, GAMES AND PREMIUM ACCOUNTS AS REWARDS. If your art will be rejected you will have another chance. People begging for second chance/in app purchases as rewards will be unable to use Second Chance.
Rewards:
1st place gets access to Matik Co. HQ forever/gets promoted to Moderator when they join Matik Co. Steam Group.
2nd place gets the Area Pass in Matik Co. See Discussions for more info.
3rd place gets access to HQ for 1 week/Gamer of the Week if they join Matik Co.
If you have better rewards, you can suggest me.

People begging for expensive in game purchases will be disqualified.
No Team Fortress 2 premium for you. I mean you won't get it from my hands.

1. Copyrights.
2. Doesn't match Matik Co. work: fighting.
Constructors are here, but we mainly fight.
