Ubuntu 15.10 screen issue

Ubuntu Linux 15.10 (upgraded this week from 15.04)
Nvidia Quadro NVS 4200M graphics
Nvidia binary graphics driver 352.41 (default driver installed by Ubuntu 15.10, from package nvidia-352-updates)
SK running in Full Screen mode.
Problem: SK will always open using only the upper left (approx 30%) corner of the screen. The rest of the screen is blank and inaccessible. SK is unplayable in this state - the mouse is not over the buttons it thinks it's over.
This problem only occurs running SK in Full Screen mode. SK behaves ok in a non-Full-Screen window, although of course the field of view is less than a what full screen would be.
This problem is not new. It also occurred occasionally on Ubuntu 15.04, although not every time and not predictably. I could sometimes fix it by putting the pc to sleep for a few seconds and then awakening it, which presumably would be enough to reset the graphics chip. Rebooting the pc would also fix it.
There is a workaround: I can downgrade my graphics driver to Nvidia version 340.93, which only has the problem occasionally - the same as Ubuntu 15.04 did. But it would be nicer if we could identify what was broken and fix it. After all, version 340.93 may not be compatible with next year's Ubuntu release.
