Really quick question that I have:
How much Ce is it for 1 US dollar?
For example if I wanted to buy a game from steam and wanted to trade Ce for it, how much ce per dollar ratio is it? Thank you so much again!

At the bottom of this page, click on "My Account". Then scroll down and click on the "Buy Energy Now" button. You can see the current deals. From them you can compute the dollar value of energy yourself. For example, 45,000 energy costs $100. So that's 450 energy per $1, or $0.22 per 100 energy. (Smaller energy packs give lower values.)

Check Bazaar to see what current rates are, game selling has went way down since they did that 30 day wait time though.
TF2 keys sell for about 2k ce each.
