Well, it seems that its not fully fixed unfortiounately. It's happening when you're loading, its random. Screen goes black and the only thing you can do is restart the game. Please make it work asap!!! Have a great day support!

It was happening to me a bunch yesterday, normally restarting my computer would fix it. But as of now I still can't get into Haven and nothing I've tried is working; joining Haven from a friend, restarting my computer, restarting my client, and I can't access Haven through Mission Complete either.

id recommend posting on the one where a GM actually commented
It's happening to me again. I was able to go to haven after my 1st save winterfest run of the day. All other Save winterfest runs transitioning to haven in the last 24 hours end up on black screen and I can only logout. I do not have Steam.
