Hmm.
I'd like to take a picture of that for the wiki - even if it turns out to be a bug, which I'm guessing it is (we've seen several similar bugs regarding color pattern and naming derps). Please contact support about this issue.

Just an FYI
It's the curse vial bandolier, OOO renamed it, I had sold the only other one that is known to exist and that one too has been renamed
