Can run crysis 3 on ultra, but not sk?

I am have awful lag on spiral knights, in bad rooms on vanaduke i'm getting below 30 fps. This is completely unacceptable. Is there anyway to fix it?

Specs:
r9 390 8gig
16 gigs of ddr3 memory
Msi 970 gaming motherboard
fx-8320 overclocked to 4.5 ghz
Windows 10

If anyone can help. please do

What the name of your Graphic card and what is the name of your CPU, and is the CPU Quad core or Dual core. What is your computer running as 32x or 64x bit

Most likely 64 bit since it's a gaming set up.

Not sure what's causing your problem on FPS issues in FSC.. perhaps a memory leak? It happens to me as well some times.
1. Try launching task manager when you experience the lag and go to:
>Performance
>Resource monitor
>Memory
You should be able to see if the program is eating up more ram than it's supposed to. Apparently the problem is with windows 10 most likely, I don't use it myself but many people experience memory leaks on w10. If so, try googling "Memory leak windows 10" and find a relevant result to resolve your issue

If it's not that make sure your components aren't very hot (although it shouldn't on a game like this)

Use CPU temp to access cpu temp from the BIOS and the driver for your graphics card should be able to tell the temp of your graphics card.
