I was just wondering if the transfer between OOO and Grey Havens was complete since there has been new content to the game like the casino and the slime keys

Err
I wouldn't expect anything new if you're prone to be disappointed easily. However lots of us forumers believe that SEGA wasn't allowing for the ability to focus on Spiral Knights, and now that they're independent again that can change.
So basically, while it's much more likely that we'll see new content, I wouldn't start generating hype up over something that hasn't yet been confirmed by Grey Havens officially.

Iirc, the casinos were made while SK was still under Sega-OOO, it was temporarily leaked during last Winterfest. The slime key, however, appears to be new, made by GH.
