Black screen on startup

I've checked everything u told me to and i'm sure that my pc meet the requirement:
Processor: Inter(R) Prentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
Memory: 4.00GB
operating system: windows 10 professional
name of the video cardt: Inter(R) 82945G Express Chipest Family (Microsoft Manufacturer: Intel Corporation)
amount: 256MB
I have a problem after the patch done launching the game (when it reach 100%) the screen goes black and after 2-3 seconds it goes back to normal (the game doesn't start) and i wait and wait but still not running (i waited for 2 hours), i tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it several times and still the same problem, i'm sure that pc Meet the requirement to run the game and i've been playing this game for 2 years already and i dont want to quit it because i love this game, so please someone help me.

When I run the game on steam it's the same it says that the game is running but i can't find the game and i try to find it by the task manager but stilll nothing ....

Try to run game in window,
Try to run game in window, edit registry for that
1. PressWIN+R
2. Copy that:
reg add "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Prefs\projectx" /v "screen_mode" /t REG_SZ /d "1024, 768, 0, 0, 0"
3. Agree with changes
4. Run the game.

This happens to me too it says SK is running on steam but like when it launches my screen glitches/turns black and like crackles so not full black then returns to normal but never launches

That didn't work for me
I've tried this but now I can't see any black screen so basically it doest seem to run at all any other ways to do this?

Try this link.
It seems to suggest what to do on the black screen. Basically, right click the application, and look at the Compatibility options.
It didn't work for me, really, but give it a shot.
I have this problem, but instead of a black screen, I don't even get anything. Steam says its running, but I don't even see the task in the Task Manager... This definitely seems like a recent issue (probably Grey Havens-transfer related), with multiple cases, so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
