SK keeps disconnecting me randomly, and for no reason

And before you ask, yes I have checked other threads for a fix, but none of them have worked. I have tried reinstalling (I play through steam), deleting appcache, verifying integrity, updating java, updating my graphics drivers but to no avail.
I can sign into Sk but I can't play more than one depth without being disconnected. If I manage to get to the elevator at the end of a level, I'm able to hit advance but it doesn't switch depths or it gets stuck on "Loading 0%" I can't send messages in guild chat (they just don't send and I get disconnected shortly after) My connection is set to the appropriate region and I have a constant 4 bar connection. And usually when it happens mid-depth, my sprite stops following me around even though I don't have a one bar connection and all the monsters stop as well. I can move around for around a minute until it disconnects. My video settings are on the lowest they can be. I really don't understand why it's doing this when just a few days ago it worked flawlessly. Please help.
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 8 64-bit
Processor: AMD A6-5400K APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.60 GHz
RAM: 6GB
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750ti

Sorry for the late reply. It doesn't matter if I use wifi or LAN connection, it happens on both. I switched to another PC and it works perfectly fine on the same connection and ISP. For now i'll just use this other PC until I can solve the issue on my main one.
Sounds like a problem with your connection to the servers, not with your setup. Feel free to adjust the settings to max.
What kind of connection do you use? If you use wifi (and it's being shared) then there's your answer, try changing to LAN, although you can't do much about the other people sharing your wifi.
