It's sadly dissapointing.
A friend glitched on to it and it's just a copy of the gates into the rooms on the bottom right.

Nvm, Feranox, another room was only on SL one.
Unused structures. Possible unfinished ideas of FSC. This structure reminds little bit parts of Shadowplay.
