I bought a Dangerous Prize Box from the supply depot a few about 5 minutes ago, but was not sent it at all via mail. In the chat, it said an error had occurred in the server. My $4.95 is gone, and I'm left with an error and no Prize Box.
I would like to know why or how this happened? I would either like a refund or the Prize Box. This hasn't happened to me before, and I'm a little disappointed.

If anyone has a dev or GM email I can use to contact a higher up about this, that'd be great.
