New pink text message?

This server will be refreshed in 90 minutes. When the server is refreshed, you will be transferred to another instance. If you are in the Clockworks, please finish your Mission or Expedition before the refresh to prevent interruption.
Got that message in-game just now. Asked guildies and they didn't get it. I was playing on EU and they were playing on the USA server. Asked a friend who plays on EU if he'd got it and he hadn't. He was in haven at the time so maybe only players on EU and in the clockworks got it?
What I'm wondering is if anyone got this message now or if anyone has gotten it before.
As I press save I've just gotten the same message again but it says 75mins.
EDIT: I got the usual warning right down to 2 minutes and then I got the message: The server will now refresh!
My screen turned black and after a short moment I was teleported to the bazaar, the last place in haven I'd been in. My chat stayed where it was, it wasn't cleared or anything.
Maybe this is something that happens sometimes but it was a first for me and I hadn't heard of it either. Please tell me if it has happened to you, dear stranger on the internet.

yeah I realize that. I'm just wondering why this is the first time ever this happens to me when I've been playing since 2011 :o

I've seen this happen a few years ago. Think I was idling a lot in a run so was spending a long time in it.

Maybe spending a long time in the clockworks is the reason then lol. Before I got the message I had spent about 12 hours in the same slime casino.
Alllright dog. There are multiple computers that the server software is running on. Not just one. These computers need to turn off, restart, whatever sometimes just like yours does, which was what you experienced. An automated reset.
Your guild was connected to different computers, and that's why they did not experience the reset- because it was just that one computer resetting.
