As Fangel mentioned, if you don't hear back within a few days you'll want to send it again. It's possible that a response was lost in your junk mail or it somehow got lost into the deep dark void. You may want to send a request in game instead by going to the ? in the lower left -> selecting the support tab -> selecting "submit a request".
If you don't get a response within 48 hours, try sending another ticket in or adding a response to the current ticket. They're supposed to get back to you within 48 hours, which sometimes causes issues if you need help right away.
