I haven't thought of specifics as to what this gear may look like (Although I'm going along the lines of specific boss looks like Darkfire Vanaduke, Ice Queen), I have an idea as to what the function is. They could make the gear very situational, but very powerful in specific situations and weak in others.

ASI - VH
CTI (Charge time increase) - VH

Poison resistance - VH
Fire Resistance - Very Low

They could also configure this armour to make sure the debuffs cannot be countered to negate them.
