As the one to make the Scarlet Scouts not fade, I will be sure to develop their very existence and story. Starting it off, here is the creed:

We are the Scarlet Scouts
Within us, the demons rage
Within us, we show no fear, remorse, or clemency
We roar into the shadows
We laugh at deaths demise
We are the crimson light that never dims within the darkness.
We are the Scouts
We are the best of the Spiral Order
and we shall tear the truth open.

Shorter than the Rangers creed, and may need some changes. So far, I'm deciding to change the "and we shall tear the truth open" to something else, id like to make this as original as possible, instead of being just a "clone" like the Scouts to the Rangers.
