Their presence on Cradle still leaves me wondering, Herex used to serve the Crimson Order, but defected. Warmaster Seerus serves in the Crimson Order as their known technician.
Let me theorize about the Order themselves, considering they do have some sorta role in the story.
There are, what they call, The Nine, being there are nine members in the Crimson Order, according to Seerus' words, "The Nine see all, hear all." They've known to communicate with King Tinkinzar, who we've not yet seen, 'cause he's presently a mysterious figure, so this still led me to this, how many more known members are with the Crimson Order now?
I can still imagine they're just as ruthless & threatening as Warmaster Seerus was, or, rather, still is, considering he escaped the Grand Arsenal's destruction and is still at large. I've this feeling we've not seen the last of Seerus.
There are of course the Crimson Defects, that's my newly created term to those who turned against the Crimson Order(kinda neat & fitting, considering they defected from the Order), one of which is Herex, the watcher in the darkness. I can presume what Herex saw about Cradle must have driven him insane, well, more so than ever, anyway, so, this led me to thinking about this, are there many more known Crimson Defects besides Herex? Do they have their own schemes?
So, there's this conflict between them that they have now. Are The Nine on a hunt to silence the Crimson Defects? They really hold a grudge to those who go against Tinkinzar and his plans. I can imagine they have bounty hunters tasked to silence them. That's one in my theory.
The Nine say they see and hear all, but do they have hidden spies in their employ, like gremlin spies & spy droids? Even villainous organizations should have spies & spy robots they built.
Well, I've no idea what wars they wage against each other, but I know they're not limited to just themselves. Their attempts to destroy Haven ended up thwarted by the Spiral Order's Knights, likely earning their animosity and considering them in their own wars they're trying to win, and they've probably got countless schemes to "repay" them for ruining their mad plans.
King Tinkinzar, though, will likely have his own grand design, because he's probably heard more about the Spiral Order more and more each time they interfere in his plans.
Mighty Knights, what do you think about Tinkinzar, the Crimson Order, and the Crimson Defects' roles within the storyline?
Do they all have the almost exact same goal of destroying more than just Haven and the Spiral Order? Do they serve to carry them out in complete motion in more main story missions?
