custom chat macros

I don't know if this has been suggested, but I'd like to be able to have some custom chat macros that activate when you press a button and automatically send out pre-written text.
I know there's a few chat macros already in the game, but I'd like some custom ones too.

Are the numbers after 5 taken? cause those seem like good places. Or any of the F# Keys that weren't used yet (no musical relations intended)

As it is, I'd like to see the existing chat commands re-mapped to not overlap with the vial buttons.
(It's supposed to distinguish between numbers and the keypad... but my laptop only has one set of numbers, and the result is constant interference with my efforts to heal or use vials)
The existing chat interface feels very rough and unfinished, especially when it comes time for common tasks like scrolling or trading (or worse, both at the same time- which is impossible). I really look forward to seeing that interface refined and improved.
Keybinding these could simplify tactics in a fight when you cant stop and type.
Only problem is, where to keybind them to, the usual sites are taken on the keyboard.
