The thing with him is that he offers recipes for things, and sometimes they are rare and unique. And before the Gunner update his unique recipes were quite few in comparison to the ones you could buy just anywhere, and thus the recipes were rare. But now, with all of the million different gunner armours, recipes unique to Basil are quite common. And that makes "Rare recipes" laughably common. But on the other hand, if you are looking for something specific, for example the Sacred Falcon Something Whatever, you will have quite a hard time finding that specific brand of rare recipes, since they have an equal chance to appear as the Scared Snakebite Ghost Guerilla or any other item of that star level has, making the chances of finding it extremely small.

What was the point of this suggestion? I don't know. Maybe think through how Basil works, or maybe not, because it works in its own way. Oh yeah, and also the names for the Gunner armours need to be changed. There are too many words, and they are all to similar to each other. The names actually get cooler the fewer stars the associated gear has.
