Was told my GM in game to report this, I was on depth 19 Cooling Chamber Infernal Passage when I got too close to the wall where there were Pearl Greavers on other side and they froze me through the wall, by the time the frost was going to wear off it froze me again and again into a permanent loop.

*edit* okay seems GM wanted in game report via F2, but still I'll keep this here because it adds more detail to the issue.

Here's the spot can see me next to Hyperion frozen against the wall.
