I know they said they would be making a PvP thingy in the "Announcements" page, but if I recall correctly, they already had it in the beta testing. So, my question is, why is it taking so long to release something that has already been made???
PVP XD
They had a version of PvP in Beta, but probably want to come up with something more polished and entertaining for the actual release. As well as maybe making a proper arena setting for it, rather than just a random chunk of Clockworks scenery. These things take time.
They've officially stated that they are improving PvP before releasing it wide. Personally, can't wait to see what they come up with!
I want full scale war.
Teams of up to like, 10 players each, maybe in a Capture the Flag format where you have to fight your way into the opposite fort and nab a key or something. All the basic game elements like vials and vitapods could be at your disposal with the occasional enemy spawning to cause havoc to both sides of the field.
you have not been in a full scale war until you are on a server that's been divided into 4 teams, and your guildmates ended up on a different team, and there are 200 people running around on a single map killing each other and all the low level players are slaughtered by a high level player who has invisibilty o.o
200 players in one place...
Yeah, and a bunch of exploded computers due to massive amounts of players.
"WTF DUDE HOW U HIT ME ACROSS THE ROOM! HACKER"
"shut up noob it was lag"
"This lag is horrible for everyone so I guess winning is all about who abuses everyone else's slow computers the most."
The servers already have a tough time handling lots of players in a single Haven with under 200 players, so why should we challenge it more?
Besides, where the heck does invisibility come into this?
invisibility = chaos. full scale war = chaos. 20 players in one room =/= chaos. 200 players in one room = total chaos :D
everyone buy moar CE with real muny so OOO can buy an extra server kk
BE GOAL ORIENTED
TOTAL EFFING CHAOS FTW
You all are really ambitious and here I am just wanting to hit other players over the head with a slime slasher.
Do PVP implementations generally support spectators?
I suck at melee, but I find it entertaining to watch.
because what they had in beta sucked, and is not what they intend to release
