I'm posting this here because I'm unable to submit a report request through the site. The game is not letting anyone log in, the mail system appears to be down, and the auction house appears to be empty?
I tried also submitting a bug report, but it failed :(

I just tried to go down an elevator and it froze me on a black screen showing only my the items that had just got heated. I tried logging of and logging back in but it wouldn't let my type in my password.
Please help!
