prestige and tier-3 mission locked and I have negative crowns pls help me
edit: i can't play everything

last night i bought 2 advanced orb then game crashed
i have logged game and i saw my crowns not gone and i don't bought advanced orbs too, so i decided to re-buy 2 advanced orb then i upgraded my hood then closed game
now i have negative crowns i can't play anything and i have 2 advanced orbs pls help me
