Just wanted to throw this out there as I have experienced this bug once during Caketastrophe 2017 (when bug reports didn't work >:( ). I was playing the prestige mission "A Gremlin in Knead" solo when I thought it would be cool to shield bash through the party button so that I may be able to make it into the arena area during the cutscene. I don't remember exactly what happened, however I never made it into the arena (due to an invisible wall, I believe) and instead encountered the exact rubberbanding glitch Setreen experienced. I have never actually tried to replicate the glitch as I don't like losing all of my progress in a mission/arcade run, but my best guess would be that the glitch appearing has to do with being in motion during the beginning of a cutscene.
