The other say I was looking at the prestige mission and it asked to give them a 4* Fiery Atomizer for 90 prestige... Who would do that?! You'd have to go through the trouble of crafting one of those things and or buying it. Both methods require you to spend an absurd amount of money. That's what prompted me to write this.
**Danger Missions**
Danger missions are fun, but there aren't enough of them. There's only 4, each introducing unique mechanics which aren't used anywhere else. Danger Missions are basically 4 extra mini-bosses of you're looking for a challenge other than the 4 boss missions. Of course the obvious choice here would be to ask for more danger missions. I think we should have 1 more.
One which involves a new type of Sloom. Knights will have been going missing in a remote part of the forest. Those who have escaped reported having nightmares. These slooms will cause the nightmare status a status effect unique to this mission. It puts you to sleep and makes you take damage while you're sleep. The end will be a massive Sloom Arena.
**Special Danger Mission Weapons**
These are recipe line's which you can only obtain by completing the respective danger mission. Completing the danger mission gets you the full alchemy line.
--Compound 42-- Oiler Line- Regular attack shoots a ball of oil which on impact splashes on the ground and leaves behind oil. The charge attack ignites the oil dealing damage over time. It'll do Elemental and Fire Damage.
--Heart of Ice-- Ice Mace Line- Regular attack is a 2 swing combo with wide range. Charge attack hammers the ground and causes ice to explode around the impact point. Does Normal and Ice Damage.
--Legion of Almire-- Almirian Spear Line- Regular attack is a 3 swing combo with longer range than a flourish. Charge attack is the same as an Almirian solider. Does Shadow and Fire Damage
--Ghosts in the Machine-- Laser Cannon Line- Regular attack is a 3 magazine shot which each shot pierces 2 enemies. Charge attack fires a laser like the turrets. Which hits every enemy in its path 5 times. Deals Elemental and Shock damage.
Now everyone will have a reason to do these danger missions.
**Prestige Rewards**
Prestige is worth nothing, you can't spend it on items or bonuses unlike in other games. I think prestige should have rewards for every 1k prestige that you obtain. These rewards may be 3 orbs of alchemy, weapon slot upgrades, trinket upgrades, mod calibrators, variant tickets, etc.
**Research Missions**
These need a complete rework, instead of giving a material just for prestige I think we should get a whole mission dedicated to researching something. These missions will feature level where you fight a particular type of enemy or status effect. You'll be given a test weapon and or armor set when you start the mission and you'll have to use that piece of equipment for it. "Spiral HQ is researching how Final Flourish performs against the Fiend Menance, we need some assistance." Missions like this would be amazing for getting players to play with other equipment they might have not seen before. Upon completion, you'll be rewarded with the 2 star version of that weapon or armor you were testing. Or the 3 star version if there isn't a 2 star one.
This will also be a great way for grey havens to test out new weapons they may or may not be creating.
