I have a couple of concerns regarding the game currently. Im sure that you guys have noticed a decrease in players significantly since when the game first came out. As a player of spiral knights myself and a person who has brought people to play spiral knights, I would like to share some advice and some suggestions on how to make the game more popular.

First off, I would propose adding a daily rewards system to spiral knights. I also play other games and most of them have a “daily rewards” thing where you get a reward when you log in that day. The first day of the week when you log in, you get a small reward. As the week progresses and you keep logging in consistently, the rewards keep getting better. I think this would be a nice addition to spiral knights. To give the players something to come back to. It doesn’t need to be crazy things like 500 energy, but it cant be small things like a common 3 star material. I would say crowns would be a nice place to start off. Maybe add in some energy as they keep their streak of daily log ins. I think this would make some more players come in

As I had mentioned before on how I had brought people to play spiral knights. Most of them quit already and shared with me why they quit. One of them started from a recruit and went all the way to defender elite. He then quit some months after. He told me that the game involved too much grinding and time. He said that it was easy getting from a recruit to a defender elite, but trying to get from a defender elite to a champion was way too hard . I myself took around half a year to get to champion. Im not saying to make it easier, though you could, but the hardest thing trying to rank up is the jump from 4* gear to 5 star. There are 2 things that are extremely hard to do. To get the eternal orbs to make the item and to get enough shining fire crystals to heat up the thing to level 10. I suggest making eternal orbs a bit more common. Maybe even add them into the daily rewards system to give to players who have logged in say 7 times consistently that week. As for shining fire crystals, you could make them more common in box drops and have them drop in more quantities.

I would also like to give a suggestion on a new addition to haven regarding training. I love lockdown, and so do many people, but needing to have 8 people of the same tier is kinda difficult now with less people playing. This could be solved when more people play if we do the things that I have talked about in this email, but I would like to add a new kind of training room. A pvp area. It would be a place in haven where people would be able to go in, choose a normal lockdown class (striker,guardian,recon) and be able to go and fight with each other to sharpen their skills. They could just join in like a normal mission and just jump right in and start fighting. It would be a free for all where players could go and play against each other without having to have a certain amount of people to be able to play. You could even have 2 people be fighting each other. I would really love this new addition and so would many others. We could even add some sort of membership card where you would have to pay crowns to get the card to be able to go into the pvp training hall and train with others. If you are going to add this kind of thing, I suggest NOT making the price too high. I think 10000 Is a bit too much and 5000 would be good. So anything In between 5k and 10k crowns would be nice.

I would also like to talk about flash sales. I think we should go and have more flash sales more often. Instead of like once a month or once 2 months or on major holidays like black Friday or cyber Monday. I think we could do some flash sales every week that offer like 1 or 2 items that you could buy for a lower price than usual and on the big holidays like cyber Monday or Halloween, you could make the items even lower of a price or go and add more items to sell instead of the normal 1 or 2. This would guarantee the auction house and the supply depot stays active.

Also like tpen-four-fun said, renting weapons could be a nice addition to spiral knights.
