New Weapons/Reskins

1.) Icicle repeater
- Elemental autogun that has a low chance of freeze
- Craftable on Mysterious Alchemy Machine

2.) Sabretooth Arbalest
- Hybrid sword/handgun
- Charge attack will change modes, from gun to sword and sword to gun
- Max ctr time is as fast as catalyzer's charge attack
- 1.5% chance from prize boxes

- Switch modes: Flourish and elemental antigua (both has a chance for freeze)
Unlike their counterparts, they are only limited to normal attacks as performing a charge attack will make the weapon change mode.
