I absolutely love the Catalyzer family of guns. After getting my hands on a Catalyzer and eventually Toxic Catalyzer, I couldn't wait to go test it out. However, It was not as I expected it to be, the description was very misleading. I actually had to ignite the bullets with my charge attack and could not ignite them with any other attack. I had the vision of a chaotic party and support gun inside of my head. Where you would just spam bullets and your team mates would ignite them just by attacking enemies, you'd spread poison virulently and deal tons of area damage. I thought it would be the perfect synergy weapon.
I propose that you rework Catalyzer to function EXACTLY how it's description describes it as, having the bullets detonate by any attack. Also probably reduce or remove the knockback entirely to make it more party friendly.

Catalyzer family of guns still remains as my favorite gun line so far in my Spiral Knights experience, but I feel like that it should be reworked to actually do what the description implies.
fun thing: catalyzers on test server before they release the gunner update worked as that, any shot either from you and from any gun or hit from any other weapon would detonate catalyzer orbs. was awesome as it because was a "party weapon" but them they decide to swicht it back to "just catalyzer charged shot detonate them"
