Support tickets are sent right away and should have a relatively quick response time during business hours. Weekends and odd hours may change that up a bit.
Support emails should see a response within 48 business hours (for the first response at least). The content of the email is also important because priorities, so including a subject that is clear and short will help with resolving things as quickly as possible.
usually less than a day. Not sure about weekends.
