A vanilla brawl mode. No classes, no objective, player with most points wins. Kill other knights for points!
Then another game-mode using the Vanilla Brawl format, except players are on teams. There is no vision beyond line of sight, it should be pitch black except for where you and your teammates are, and line of site.
One team has a bomb that they need to plant at a location where bombs can be placed.
The opposing team must defuse the bomb before it explodes!
There are 8 Rounds total and there are 2 ways to win
1. Kill all the opposing team players
2. Defuse the bomb
Another idea I had was a PvE/PvP mixed kind of mode where you have to be the team to kill the final boss before the enemy team does.
Each game has it's own enemy types
One enemy for a round could be Slimes so the Final Boss to defeat would be Jelly King
Another game it could be Gremlin, fiend, beast, construct or undead.
Enemies will show up at different sites, you must make your way to that site and kill the enemies to collect objects that will count towards your team's progress. Max amount of objects you can pick up would be 15. At your home base, you must deposit the objects to fill the team completion meter.
When you deposit 5 objects, you summon a small hoard of enemies to the opposing team to halt their deposit progress. When you deposit 10 objects, you summon a medium-sized hoard of enemies to the opposing team to halt their deposit progress. And 15 objects, you send a a large wave of enemies and a mini-boss type enemy to halt their deposit.
When you filled your teams progress bar, a boss class monster will appear. To win the game, you must kill the boss monster.
Beware though, if you die, you drop your objects. If the boss is active, dying will heal the boss!
During the game, one player from the team can enter the enemy's side as a lock down class( No Bonus' from LD gear is active ), you have 30 seconds before being sent back. Your goal is to kill players on the opposing team before they can deposit their objects and summon the boss. Or during the boss, you must kill the enemy players to heal the boss and halt their progress.
I feel like lockdown is too broken and unfair for beginners. I also think BN is underrated and is not played a lot compared to LD.
These ideas might help smooth around the edges of PvP modes being limited.
