Why would you not be able to re-sell recipes for your money back if you already learned them and you accidentally bought it bound at HoH?

I know a few people who have accidentally wasted 10,000 Crowns or 25,000 Crowns.
So can we refund bound and learned recipes in-case we accidentally buy them after learning them already?

Also give a little indicator or yellow box or grayed out background for the recipe that is already learned in the shop, make it easier to identify which recipes you already learned, apart from reading at the recipe tool tip and looking for "New Recipe" or "Already Learned"
