The lack of these makes no sense, which is why I'm petitioning for their inclusion

The pepperbox dealing normal damage has confused many players I know, and all have agreed in the past that it should be elemental, as most of them thought it was at first. If not the pepperbox, then a new line copied from the dark chaingun line should be easy enough

For the magnus line my idea is much more fleshed out. The base line would apply shock, to keep with the theme of messing with the victim's movement (as with magnus and stun, or tundrus and freeze). There would, however, be an alternate at 5 star, which I will get to in a bit. Thus, in order of star ranking:

3-star: Luminus

As an ancient, bright source of power alchemized into an advanced blaster, this technological handgun fires extreme heavy rounds infused with the tips of luminite crystals

4-star: Mega Luminus

With upgraded capacitors and copper bullets, this handcannon packs one massive electical wallop

5-star: Faraday's Pride

coming equipped with a miniature nuclear generator, this baby can generate electrical charges strong enough to overload most vehicles

5-star alternate: Big Bang

A massive handcannon that uses the fused power of the cosmos to absolutely crush those who dare to oppose it.
